cullud wattah explores the Flint water crisis through the eyes of the Coopers, an African American family made up of 3 generations of women. Their bodies, emotions, and lives are all poisoned by the lead which infects their tap water. As they learn to deal with the consequences of the unclean water, each woman tries to survive the crisis in their own way. Their differing views and coping mechanisms clash, raising tension in the home as the lead takes its fatal toll.
